    Hi Dan,
    Thanks for getting the feedback from our IT friends. Can you find out more about the ISP provided WiFi initiative that Ed was talking about? I think we may have a similar program here through one of our cable companies where you sign up for their wifi service and if you're close to one of their hotspots, you can log on to them using a secure connection but I'm not sure if this is the sort of program you have in Guam.
