Hi Dan,
I think I would actually prefer you focus on asian and other pacific islanders.  Jay Merill informs me that the survey is skewing disproportionately towards Chamorro respondents right now and so if you could help us get some of the more under-represented groups like the Micronesians, Marshallese, Philippinos, etc, that would be great.  Military too.  We can't ignore that there is a big population in Guam that is very well served (it actually serves as a great comparison group for those who are underserved).
Best,
Daniel

Hi Gents -

Lots of action this reporting period:  Got together with my Micronesian liason, workshopped him on the survey and he is distributing 100 to individual households throughout the central and northern areas of the island.  We are scheduled to video interviews and survey taking sessions in the upcoming month.  Good stuff (Finally!).  The church thing really was not going to happen soon enough.

So, we've got the Micronesian community covered.  Now...if only the southern Mayors would engage.

Hope all is well.

Dan

Attendance Sheet for Guam Survey Drive - Agat

Hi Gents -
Well, not everyone wanted to give their names, but here's what we got of those 25 surveys I collected in the South.
I will continue to hit the villages individually.

Surverys in the South

Today went on a data collecting junket with 3 helpers in Agat, Guam - the Southern gateway village.  I collected 13 completed surveys and will return Friday to collect approximately 17 more.
I'll compile the list of participants on Friday, when I have gathered all the surveys.
